834. A recourse provided in this Title may be exercised by a motion to the court setting forth the facts justifying the recourse; the allegations of the motion must be supported by an affidavit.

834. The recourses provided in this Title can only be exercised with the previous authorization of a judge of the Superior Court, obtained upon a motion setting forth the facts justifying the recourse; the allegations of the motion must be supported by an affidavit.
In the cases provided for in article 36, the authorization is obtained from a judge of the Provincial Court.
